I find wash mode much more comfortable when painting, it’s easier to control the value of your stroke because it’s uniform as long as you keep the same pressure. These brushes are quite detailed, to say the least, and contains about 280 different formatting features, allowing one to be very versatile with their art styles and designs. In my opinion, learning how the Krita brush engines work is the smartest thing to do.On the current versions on Windows I keep running into glitches, making the process slower. The only catch is that Krita imports the Photoshop brush files just as brush tips without the other settings, so for most Photoshop brushes you will need to adjust the brush settings to make them work properly.
