Something went wrong. The quality looks to be very good on it but this is the manufacture of the toy as looks like that is the way the material was cut out. I have not been able to get TYGA to play with either one. Chewy was nice enough to replace the 1st one so now I have 2 of these toys in a box. The replacement came in 2 days but unfortunately it was the same way. I was prepared to return the 1st one I received and get it replaced.
